If you’re on Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0, it’s likely that you have ActiveX disabled. To enable ‘Active X’ on your browser:

• Click on Tools in the browser menu bar and select Internet Options.
• Select the Security tab and click on the Internet zone.
• Select Custom and then Settings.
• In the Settings box, scroll down to the ActiveX Controls & Plug-Ins section. Make sure that the Run ActiveX Controls & Plug-Ins setting is set to Enable.
• Click OK.
